Mia was breathing very rapidly on Tuesday, April 22nd. I took her to the doctor and they gave her 2 breathing treatments and sent us home with a nebulizer so we could do a 3rd treatment at home that afternoon. However, she didn't get any better after the 3rd treatment so we headed to the ER. She was admitted immediately and got 3 hours of continuous treatments. I was not prepared that they were going to keep us overnight, but we actually ended up staying 2 nights. She was so week and tired, but such a good patient. She had to wake up every couple of hours for treatments and she didn't complain.

Jim, Emma & Julia visited us on Wednesday afternoon. Mia was feeling much better by then and proudly showed her sisters all around the hospital.
