After a month in different hotels, we had enough!
They were not always this happy at bedtime
Fun at bathtime
Mia & Julia sleeping together - so cute.
We moved into our house on Tuesday and it’s
working ok. We don’t have any of our
furniture. Jim & I are sleeping on
an air mattress, Emma & Julia’s mattresses are on the floor, we have a
picnic table and picnic chair in the breakfast room – the rest of the house is
empty. The only one that got a real bed
is Mia, we promised her a big girl bed with Cinderella sheets and we
delivered.
Mia in her new bed
Mia likes school, she started dance class this week and got
the whole outfit with tap shoes and all. Julia is getting used to it and didn’t
cry for the first time today when I dropped her off. Emma is still having a hard time, but it’s
getting just a little better every day.
It was so windy on Monday, a part of our fence blew down.
At the park in our new neighborhood
Valentine’s party at school
School was closed last Monday, so we visited the Austin Zoo
with Cousin Megan. It’s not like the
Dresden Zoo at all. All animals are rescued (normally from people that had them
as pets). There is a petting area and Mia fed a lama.
