Grandpa has been visiting for a week and it’s been great. The weather hasn’t been the best, but we did some sightseeing and even took our first car trip with all 3 kids.
Thanks for all the help! Grandpa played with Mia, fed the babies and spent many hours just walking around the apartment with either Julia or Emma on his arm. The babies also loved to take a nap on Grandpa’s chest.
On Sunday we went to Moritzburg, a small town just 20 minutes outside Dresden. It was our first time with all kids in the car. It went well, Mia only took Emma’s pacifier out of her month one time. With Grandpa in the front passager seat, I had to sit in the 3rd row seat in the back and had a good view of the whole family.
There is a beautiful baroque castle in Moritzburg. We didn’t have a chance to walk around this trip, but will return when the weather is better.
