The Day of German Unity is celebrated on October 3, so we have a 3 day weekend. That means that there is yet another festival (Bürgerfest) on Hauptstrasse. Jim and I have added another item to our list of “What’s Good in Germany”. Previously on the list we have yogurt, bread, pastries and beer. Today we added Street Food. We had crapes with nutella, knobibrot, bratwurst and these really good fries with both ketchup and garlic sauce at the festival today.
